14-3-3 Protein Antibody

The 14-3-3 Protein Antibody was generated using HS1, KCIP-1, YWHAA, YWHAB, GW128, 14-3-3, tyrosine 3-monooxygenase/tryptophan 5-monooxygenase activation protein, beta polypeptide as the antigen and it reacts with Human, Rat, Mouse. This antibody has been shown to work in applications such as: Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot, ELISA. The 14-3-3 protein activates tyrosine- and tryptophan hydroxylases in the presence of Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II. This family of proteins mediates transduction by binding to phosphoserine- or phosphothreonine-containing proteins.
