Abbiotec's 14-3-3 Protein Antibody is a Rabbit Polyclonal antibody. The 14-3-3 Protein Antibody was generated using HS1, KCIP-1, YWHAA, YWHAB, GW128, 14-3-3, tyrosine 3-monooxygenase/tryptophan 5-monooxygenase activation protein, beta polypeptide as the antigen and it reacts with Human, Rat, Mouse. This antibody has been shown to work in applications such as: Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot, ELISA. The 14-3-3 protein activates tyrosine- and tryptophan hydroxylases in the presence of Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II. This family of proteins mediates transduction by binding to phosphoserine- or phosphothreonine-containing proteins. It is considered to be an adaptor protein being implicated in the regulation of a large number of both general and specialized signaling pathways. Its binding to the partner proteins usually results in the modulation of the activity for the binding partner
