Antithrombin III (1B7) Antibody

Abbiotec's Antithrombin III (1B7) Antibody is a Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 1B7). The Antithrombin III (1B7) Antibody was generated using SERPINC1, ATIII, AT3, THPH7, antithrombin III, AT3D, serpin peptidase inhibitor, clade C (antithrombin), member 1 as the antigen and it reacts with Human. This antibody has been shown to work in applications such as: Western Blot, ELISA. Antithrombin III (AT III) is a single chain glycoprotein of molecular mass 58 kDa with four glycosylation sites and three intra-molecular disulfide bonds. AT III is normally present in human plasma at a concentration of approx. 12.5 mg/dl. It is the major inhibitor of thrombin. Inactivation of thrombin by AT-III occurs by formation of a covalent bond resulting in an inactive 1:1 stoichiometric complex between the two components. This antibody is specific for the native form of human AT III
