Antithrombin III (2E10) Antibody

Abbiotec's Antithrombin III (2E10) Antibody is a Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 2 E10). The Antithrombin III (2E10) Antibody was generated using ATIII, AT3D, THPH7, serpin peptidase inhibitor, clade C (antithrombin), member 1, SERPINC1, AT3, antithrombin III as the antigen and it reacts with Human. This antibody has been shown to work in applications such as: ELISA. Antithrombin III (AT III) is a single chain glycoprotein of molecular mass 58 kDa with four glycosylation sites and three intra-molecular disulfide bonds. AT III is normally present in human plasma at a concentration of approx. 12.5 mg/dl. It is the major inhibitor of thrombin. Inactivation of thrombin by AT-III occurs by formation of a covalent bond resulting in an inactive 1:1 stoichiometric complex between the two components. This antibody is specific for human AT III in native and denatured forms
