Alpha1-Antitrypsin (3B7) Antibody

Abbiotec's Alpha1-Antitrypsin (3B7) Antibody is a Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 3B7). The Alpha1-Antitrypsin (3B7) Antibody was generated using serpin peptidase inhibitor, clade A (alpha-1 antiproteinase, antitrypsin), member 1, PRO2275, AAT, A1AT, PI1, A1A, alpha1AT, PI, SERPINA1 as the antigen and it reacts with Human. This antibody has been shown to work in applications such as: Western Blot, ELISA. The serum glycoprotein a1-antitrypsin also called a1- AT, is a typical member of the serpin family (serine protease inhibitors), and, an inhibitor of trypsin. a1- AT is synthesized in the liver thus as a single polypeptide chain of approximately 51 kDa showing a marked degree of genetic polymorphism due to the presence of over 20 different alleles. Individuals homozygous for a1- AT deficiency are predisposed to pulmonary emphysema and hepatic cirrhosis. This antibody is specific for human a1- AT (native and denatured)
