DDR1 Antibody

Abbiotec's DDR1 Antibody is a Rabbit Polyclonal antibody. The DDR1 Antibody was generated using CD167, NTRK4, discoidin domain receptor tyrosine kinase 1, EDDR1, RTK6, DDR, HGK2, PTK3, PTK3A, NEP, TRKE, MCK10, DDR1, CAK as the antigen and it reacts with Porcine, Non-Human Primate, Human, Mouse, Rat. This antibody has been shown to work in applications such as: ELISA, Western Blot. DDR1 (Epithelial discoidin domain-containing receptor 1, CD167a) is a receptor tyrosine kinase involved in cell-cell interactions and recognition. It is expressed in epithelial cells especially in the kidney, lung, gastrointestinal tract, and brain, and more highly in human breast, ovarian, esophageal, and pediatric brain tumors. Types I-VI collagen all induce the autophosphorylation of DDR1. Collagen regulates the interaction of DDR1 with KIBRA (WWC1), activating MAPK; these events are involved in mammary gland development
